Hi! I’m Kimberly - I am a wife, a mom to two very active little ones, and a self-taught chef! I have been blogging my Paleo journey and recipes for almost 5 years. After my husband begged me to take the Paleo plunge with him in 2011, I haven’t regretted it since.

Paleo has helped us open our eyes to the power of food. We lost weight, got rid of medications and started an active, healthy lifestyle. My passion is sharing our story and inspiring others to take hold of their own lives. I love the quote “Do something today that your future self will thank you for.

The Paleo 80/20 team is dedicated to making a difference in the lives of people all over the world. We are a team who started out just like you: sick, unhappy with our image, struggling with health issues and wondering if we’d ever feel truly healthy. We worked together to build a hand-holding Paleo program that can change your life and give you results you never thought you’d achieve.  Our team believes in relationships and support. We believe that as a community, we can conquer our goals and inspire others around us to do the same.

I never thought it’d be possible for me to lose this much weight in just 4 months. And to think that I went into this program just hoping that a change of lifestyle would help me feel good about myself. It feels so good to be in tip-top shape once again and to be in control rather than the food controlling me. I love that I get to spend (sO) much time in the kitchen, cooking for my family.
